As a construction company we can build your Villa and dream home at very cost effective prices. We offer quality builds to timescale's that are half that of concrete builds. They are environmentally better, cooler in the summer, warmer in the winter and feel a healthier environment to live in.
An idea of the build flow process would be something like:-
1. Your architect does the drawings to your specifications.
2. When you are happy with the design you give us a copy of the plans and we can then give you a quotation.
3. If you except our quotation we will create a set of plans for the SIP build and give you dates as to when your build can start and when we would expect to finish. You can be as involved as you like.
4. Bathrooms and kitchen etc. will all need to be specified. Again we have people who can help but you are of course free to choose what ever you wish.
5. We hand you the keys
