It is compliant with EGAN and is recognised by major warranty providers such as NHBC, HAPM and Zurich municipal. Insulation The TEK Building System consists of Structural Insulated Panels which exceed British Building regulations. Kitchen The kitchen we are supplying is of solid wood design in maple and fitted with ceramic tiles and include a cooker. The kitchen design can be enhanced according to the purchasers preferences. Doors and Windows All doors and windows supplied are of top quality rehau double glazed units. They are:- Multi locking, Internally glazed, Anti jack proof, Earthquake compliant and come with a 5 year guarantee. Both come with standard fitting and can be enhanced if required. Bathrooms Bathrooms are fitted with a quality white suite and ceramic tiles. Purchasers may wish to choose a design according to their own preferences.
